The house is situated at the south end of the community and borders on a wooded park-like waterfront estate. Entering the house you have an open 'great room' with the kitchen and living / dining areas that open up to a large outdoor space with a covered terrace and patio. This area has a minisplit with A/C and heat! (You can use the A/C all you want, solar electric panels keep the electric bills to mere pesos per month!)
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. A primary suite with attached bath and closet and a guest room with full bath and closet.
Upstairs is a huge bedroom suite with 2 outdoor patios, one facing north with mountain view and a large one facing south with views of the mountains, fields, and the wooded neighboring areas. The suite has a plus-sized bedroom, large walk in closet and bathroom with double sinks and large shower.

The community, called "Las Redes", has a controlled gate with telecom, and a delightful common area complete with SOLAR heated pool, furnished terrace, large kitchen, grassy area, and updated bathrooms. A wonderful place for gatherings and socializing or for enjoying a quiet swim.
The HOA fees are quite reasonable at $900 pesos per month. Other features of the home, covered parking for two vehicles, separate pantry and laundry, bodega, low maintenance yard, well taken care of property. Home is offered furnished, you can move right in!
