My name is Gilberto Mendoza, and I’m proud to be born and raised in Chapala, a place my family has called home for three generations. Growing up in this lakeside paradise shaped my values, my work ethic, and my deep appreciation for community.

Throughout my life, I’ve worked in various customer service roles, experiences that taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and truly listening to people as well as having the opportunity to become bilingual. These skills naturally led me to pursue a degree in psychology, and today I volunteer my time offering support to individuals in need. This work continues to strengthen my ability to understand people and connect with them on a meaningful level.

My long-standing desire to help others find stability and happiness inspired me to pursue a career in real estate, where I now hold national certification. I believe a home is more than a property—it’s a place where life unfolds, memories are created, and futures are built.
